Based in ³Ô¹ÏÍø Waukesha office, Dale leads data center business development efforts across ³Ô¹ÏÍø, a strategic role focused on driving project development and expanding ³Ô¹ÏÍø presence in this dynamic sector. In addition, he identifies partnerships with owners and trade partners to drive value, oversees preconstruction services and ensures project teams are set up for success.

Dale leads the team with extensive experience in multi-billion-dollar mission-critical projects, supporting growing data and technological needs, as well as more than 40 years’ experience in the construction industry. He brings expertise in leadership, market trends, delivery models and high-stakes projects. His role is instrumental in advancing innovative, reliable and client-focused solutions in the mission-critical space.

Kerry develops and nurtures key relationships with clients, partners and suppliers in greater Milwaukee/Madison and throughout southeastern Wisconsin.

Kerry has more than 20 years’ experience in generating and building relationships across markets—including construction, healthcare, industrial, education and commercial. Most recently, Kerry served as the Director of Employer Business Development for a top-ranked healthcare management services firm.

John Huggett

John leads project execution and overall strategy for ³Ô¹ÏÍø Madison, Chicago and Milwaukee market offices. His vision and construction experience help to create understanding and alignment across all locations, resulting in an engaged and aligned team. From fiscal management to on-site safety and quality programs, John helps teams foresee and avoid pitfalls, recognize opportunities and maintain focus. His work in Lean process improvement and Target Value Delivery have been integral to project success.
