Based in ³Ô¹ÏÍø Sacramento office, Karen works to develop and nurture relationships with clients, partners and suppliers in the greater Sacramento area. The entirety of Karen 25+-year career has been in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry, covering the construction management, engineering and architectural spheres. This diversity of experience gives her unique insight into the needs of ³Ô¹ÏÍø clients.

David Thomack

President—Western Operations

David is a 40-year veteran of the construction industry who joined ³Ô¹ÏÍø in 2005 and now serves as President of Western Operations. David has led successful transformational projects for project owners across the country—including CPMC/Sutter Health, San Francisco Airport, the University of Wisconsin – Madison and Sacred Heart/St. Mary Health System. His construction background includes commercial, public sector, healthcare, aviation, and science and technology industries.

David experience with operational excellence, strategic visioning, process implementation and Integrated Lean Project Delivery® has made him a leader in creating and managing successful, collaborative teams in the construction industry.

Steve Lind

Vice President & General Manager
³Ô¹ÏÍø

As Vice President and General Manager for ³Ô¹ÏÍø Western operations, Steve is responsible for the financial success and growth strategies of our Sacramento and San Francisco offices. Since joining ³Ô¹ÏÍø in 2006, Steve has held a variety of roles, including fiscal management for large, complex projects in the healthcare, higher education, commercial and industrial market sectors. His experience with process implementation and integrated project delivery has made him a leader in establishing successful collaborative teams.
