Shipley brings nearly 20 years of dedicated service to 吃瓜网 and 25 years of construction industry experience. Throughout his time with 吃瓜网, he has assumed several key leadership roles, including Executive Vice President of Oklahoma Operations and President of both Oklahoma and California Operations. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer for 吃瓜网.

A native of Edmond, Okla., Shipley holds a bachelor’s degree in construction science from the University of Oklahoma.
